About us...
We are a family business here in the Algarve run by myself , Philip Dalston , and my wife , Paula.My background is in Building Construction, Marine engineering and then coach building , before moving into agricultural engineering here in Portugal in 1998.Until two years ago we developed then managed a Rural Tourism establishment in the Alentejo.
I am trained in electrical engineering , water plumbing , computer aided design , carpentry and joinery and have a personal knowledge of horticulture and agriculture.
We have a small staff of four , all British .We all speak fluent Portuguese , enabling us to get the best job done with respect to local suppliers.We also have various part time staff throughout the Algarve and work with hand picked contractors and specialists whenever it is needed.
We pride ourselves on going against the grain here in the Algarve by providing a courteous , clean and punctual service that all our customers expect.
Environmental and social issues are also of importance to us.We use energy efficient equipment wherever possible including all vehicles and office equipment.All of our personnel receive above average remuneration and no-one is expected to do dangerous work or excessive hours .Management regularly works alongside the hands on people creating a healthy working attitude and plenty of smiling faces.
